Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a multi-eye type image pickup apparatus which includes image pickup parts differing in focal length picks up images having differently out-of-focus backgrounds because of a difference in depth of field between cameras due to the difference in focal length and trouble thereby arises in composition processing such as refocusing.SOLUTION: There is provided a multi-eye type image pickup apparatus that has a plurality of image pickup parts differing in focal length, the multi-eye type image pickup apparatus including stop value deriving means of deriving a stop value of each image pickup part so that the image pickup parts are equal in depth of field, and exposure correction means of correcting exposure of each image pickup part according to the derived stop value.
