Abstract:
To provide an image pickup device unit which can be easily manufactured by improving the degree of freedom of design of an optical element to be attached to the front face of the image pickup device.
The cover glass of an image pickup device 51 is formed of infrared cut glass 53. A plurality of optical low-pass filters 54, 55 and 56 which are nonidentical to the infrared cut glass 53 in shape and asymmetric in shape with respect to a straight line through the center are stacked and adhered to the front face of the infrared cut glass 53.
