Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify the pickup range adjustment operation by a 2-dimensional picture sensor by automatically controlling and adjusting a projecting direction of a projection light of a projector onto an object and a projecting range or the like through operation information including focus and zoom. CONSTITUTION:A 2-dimension picture sensor 1 including an image forming optical system 2 and a photodetector 3 with respect to an object 100, an optical path control section 4, a projection direction drive section 5, a projection direction driver 6, a light source 8, a slit 9, and a projector 7 including an image forming optical system 10 and a zoom drive section 11 are provided in the pickup device. Moreover, a means is provided, which references operating information including focus adjustment in the image forming optical system of the 2-dimensional picture sensor 1 and executes automatically the optical path control including the setting of pickup range of the object 100 through the control action onto the projector 7. Thus, various control operations including pickup range adjustment or the like to the 2-dimension picture sensor 1 is simplified.
