Abstract:
PURPOSE:To raise the resolution of an area concerning with a focus without drastically increasing the whole number of picture elements and to allow a flat display panel to be used as a focus monitor by using the flat display panel for the display of a view finder and increasing the number of picture elements of the area concerning with the focus of the flat display panel. CONSTITUTION:The view finder having the flat display panel 11 is provided and composed to increase the number of picture elements of the area concerning with the focus of the flat display panel 11. That means, when the number of picture elements number of a longitudinal direction is (n) pieces (for example 200 pictures) and the number of picture elements of a lateral direction is (m) pieces (for example, 320 pieces), the area concerning with the focus, that means, the number of picture elements of n/4(50), m/4(80) of a central part is made to be double. Thus the resolution of the area concerning with the focus can be raised without increasing the number of picture elements of the whole area, and the low-priced cost and the improvement of yield can be realized.
