In the image pickup lens, at least one surface of a 1st lens L1 is aspherical, an one or more surfaces of a 2nd lens L2 are aspherical, then, at least two or more surface are aspherical as a whole, and the following conditional expression are satisfied; 3.2f≤r3≤50f...(1), 0.9f≤d≤1.5f...(2), 0.1<f2/f1<0.9...(3), provided that f denotes the focal distance of the whole lens, f1 denotes the focal distance of the 1st lens L1, f2 denotes the focal distance of the 2nd lens L2, d denotes the distance from the surface 1 of the 1st lens to the surface 2 of the 2nd lens (whole lens length) and r3 denotes the radius of curvature on the object side of the 2nd lens.
