Abstract:
To visually compare the volume of spots derived from the same object between a plurality of images.
An image processing apparatus compares spots between a plurality of images, the spots being associated between the images having the spots indicating an object to be measured. The image processing apparatus includes a reconstruction image generation part which reconstructs a spot so that a position and spread of the spot are consistent in a plurality of images and the volume of the spot is consistent before and after the reconstruction, on the basis of the position, spread and volume of the spot, and generates a reconstruction image having the reconstructed spot.
