Abstract:
To update, when a new business card is obtained, individual data registered based on an old business card with a simple operation.SOLUTION: A business card image extraction unit 44 extracts, from an input image, a first business card image G1 and a second business card image G2 arranged side by side in a predetermined direction. A business card information extraction unit 45 extracts first business card information G10 from the first business card image G1 and extracts second business card information G20 from the second business card image G2. An information comparison unit 47 specifies original difference information G11 different in description from the second business card information G20 corresponding to the first business card information G10, and new difference information G21 that is the second business card information G20 corresponding thereto. A data update unit 46 updates data equivalent to the original difference information G11 in registered individual data DT1 corresponding to the first business card information G10, to data equivalent to the new difference information G21.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
