Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus and an image processing method allowing characters to be input reasonably and efficiently using a displayed image.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus displays an image 122 of content on a head-mounted display 100. During a character input period, the image processing apparatus arranges an object 126 of characters representing the contents of an utterance 124 of a user in a virtual space, and projects it on a view screen 128 to display it on the head-mounted display 100. Then, based on an action performed by a user's hand 120 on the object 126 of the characters and a voice emitted while touching, a character of the object 126 is corrected and the character information is transmitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
