Determination means of the image processing apparatus determines a punching position being a position for performing punching in a cutting area being an area that is cut off by cutting the folded paper sheets, and a correspondence position being a position corresponding to the punching position in the case of folding the paper sheet, punching means punches the paper sheet at the punching position determined by the determination means, and output means outputs a stamp to the paper sheet at the correspondence position determined by the determination means.
