The apparatus is provided with a correcting circuit 4A for interpolating blemishes of an object image from adjacent pixels in copied object images to generate a blemish correction image signal in generating a correction image, by compositing object images photographed with an imaging camera after correcting the image defects of the object images; correction circuit 4B for performing contour correction of the object images to generate a contour correction image signal; correction circuit 4C for correcting color deviation of the object image on a chrominance coordinates to generate a color correction image signal; correction circuit 4D for performing halation correction of the image to generate a halation correction signal; image composite circuit 5 for compositing the blemish correction image signal, the contour correction image signal, the color correction image signal, and the halation correction signal; and time code insertion 6 for inserting a time code in a vertical blanking period of each of the image signals.
