Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a frequency of referring to an advertisement by displaying the advertisement at good timing on an image processing apparatus being used by a user using an image processing apparatus such as an MFP.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus comprises: job management means that manages processing of a job requested from a user; advertisement management means that manages an advertisement to be displayed in accordance with a job type of the job being processed; and advertisement display means that displays the advertisement. The job management means stops and resumes the processing of the job in accordance with status of display of the advertisement by the advertisement display means.
