To provide an image processing apparatus, an imaging control device, a radiation image capturing system image processing method and an image processing program which can generate a high resolution tomographic image and a tomographic image in which the entire subject is captured from a projection image group including a plurality of projection images obtained by tomosynthesis imaging within an irradiation angle range in which the entire subject is not captured when generated by using all.SOLUTION: A CPU 50A acquires a projection image group obtained in tomosynthesis imaging within an irradiation angle range wider than an irradiation angle range ARa for entire imaging. The CPU 50A generates a plurality of first tomographic images 861 in which a portion of the breast is captured by using projection images 841-8413 obtained by tomosynthesis imaging of a first irradiation angle range AR1 wider than the irradiation angle range ARa for the entire imaging, and generates a plurality of first tomographic images 861 in which the entire breast is captured by using projection images 845-849 obtained by tomosynthesis imaging of a second irradiation angle range AR2 equal to or less than the irradiation angle range ARa for the entire imaging.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
