Abstract:
To provide an image processing device which enables to simplify and increase the accuracy of processor processing of CPUs and the like, and increase the processing speed thereof.
An image of one of the edge of an object to be processed is taken and input by scanning, an image of the another edge which opposes to the above-mentioned edge of an object to be processed is taken and input by scanning, a boundary image is embedded between the input images of the both edges to separate them, the images of the both edges are combined while the boundary image is embedded, and then judgement whether the image has defects or not is performed using predetermined processing on the basis of the combined image.
