To generate an evidence image matching the format of an output material.SOLUTION: An image processing device comprises: a storage unit for storing an image; and a control unit for acquiring a read image obtained by reading an image on a recording medium by an image reading unit, determining whether the image on the recording medium is abnormal on the basis of a read image, and storing an evidence image in the reading on the basis of the read image, in the storage unit. control unit is provided.
