To provide an "image processing device" capable of offering an image of the suitable range for a space around a car to a driver.

An image processing device 100 processes an image acquired by photographing around a car, and comprises a camera 150, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) 102, and a touch panel display 110. The camera 150 is attached at the car, and photographs around the car to generate image data. As for the image data, the ECU establishes a segment range corresponding to a predetermined range of surroundings of the car, and segments the image data generated by the camera 150 within an established segment range, and displays an image corresponding to the segmented image data on the touch panel display 110.
