PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, an image processing system, an image processing method and a program that can quickly perform cause investigation for wastefulness of work in processes in a production field.SOLUTION: The image processing device comprises: a creation unit that creates a time chart indicating work time in each process of one-cycle work based on time information related to the one-cycle work being a sequence of work of a predetermined unit; a selection unit that selects a piece of one-cycle work as an analysis target from a plurality of pieces of one-cycle work based on the time chart; a reproduction unit that reproduction-displays video data of the selected piece of the one-cycle work selected by the selection unit on a predetermined display area of a display device; and a standard display unit that displays information indicating an operation of a tracking target in standard work, together with the video data reproduction-displayed by the reproduction unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
