To provide a means to generate a blurred image excelling in appearance by image processing by using a plurality of images without using the information of a focal length or aperture.
This image processor includes an image reading part, a feature quantity calculation part, a parameter setting part and a blurred image generation part. The image reading part acquires a standard image and a reference image different in a focusing state of the image as compared with the standard image. The feature quantity calculation part obtains a feature quantity at each position of respective images for the standard image and the reference image. The parameter setting part respectively sets the parameter values representing the degree of image focusing at the respective positions of the image by using the difference between a first feature quantity obtained from the standard image and a second feature quantity obtained from the reference image. The blurred image generation part generates a blurred image by applying a blurring process for changing the degree of blurring to the standard image at the respective positions of the image in accordance with the respective parameter values.
