Abstract:
To provide an information processor and a maintenance management system for realizing safe transaction between a user and a maintenance company by securing the validity of the start time and end time of maintenance.
In steps S12 to S14 (time-stamp acquisition processing at maintenance start time) to be executed when maintenance start information is inputted (a step S11; Yes side), a first time stamp corresponding to a maintenance start time is acquired. In steps S17 to S19 (time stamp acquisition processing at maintenance end time) to be executed when maintenance end information is inputted (a step S16: Yes side), a second time stamp corresponding to the maintenance end time is acquired.
