Abstract:
To provide an image processor which effectively uses USB supply power and a battery, and to provide a power management method, a power management program and a recording medium.
In a composite device 1, a constant voltage control circuit 14 generates voltages BAT1 and V2 from a commercial AC power supply and USB supply power, supplies them to required parts, incorporates a chargeable battery and outputs detection values of respective voltages to RDET13. When power is not sufficient only from the USB supply power based on an operation mode of a copying device 1 and a voltage detection result, RDET13 supplements it with battery power.
