Abstract:
To provide an image processing apparatus capable of more accurately calling an image when an abnormality occurrence point passes an imaging apparatus.SOLUTION: An image processing apparatus used in a conveying apparatus provided with a conveying path for conveying an object, a conveying amount detector for detecting the conveying amount of the conveying path, and an abnormality detector for detecting the abnormality of the object moving on the conveying path, comprises: an imaging device for capturing an image of an object moving on a conveyance path and acquiring the image of the object and adding conveyance amount information representing the conveyance amount to the image; a control device for outputting trigger information to which conveyance amount information synchronized with the image is added when an abnormality detector detects the abnormality of the object; and a data collection device having a storage unit for storing the image captured by the imaging device. The data collection device can call up an image when an abnormality occurrence point of an object passes through the imaging device from the storage unit, based on the conveyance amount information of trigger information, conveyance amount information of an image, and the position information of the imaging device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
