Abstract:
To detect a varicose vein connected to a lesioned part of an ocular fundus in a choroidea blood vessel image.SOLUTION: A computer body 252 includes a CPU 262, RAM266, ROM 264, and input/output (I/O) port 268. The input/output (I/O) port 268 is connected with a storage device 254, display 256, mouse 255M, keyboard 255K, and communication interface (I/F) 258. The storage device 254 is constituted for example with a non-volatile memory. The input/output (I/O) port 268 is connected with a network 130 via the communication interface (I/F) 258. The CPU 262 detects a prescribed area of an ocular fundus from a choroidea blood vessel image, detects varicose veins from the choroidea blood vessel image, and detects a first varicose vein related to the prescribed area among the varicose veins detected from the choroidea blood vessel image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
