Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily and precisely calculate the curve equation representing the curve part of an optical cutting image.
CONSTITUTION: The radius of curvature R of the curve part of an optical cutting image is preliminarily measured by use of a master work. Windows W1, W3 are set in two positions of the curve part of the optical cutting image S of the work, and the centers of gravity G1, G3 of images in both the windows are measured. The equation of a curve S1 in the curve part is calculated as a circular arc having the radius R passing G1 and G3. The equation of a straight line S2 mutually connecting the centers of gravity G4, G5 of image measured in windows W4, W5 set in two positions of the straight part of the image S is calculated, and an intersection point W is determined from both the equations. The measurement of the work is conducted by using the intersection point Q as a standard.
