Abstract:
To detect a tooth mark region from a tongue region.SOLUTION: An image processing program causes a computer to perform the steps of: detecting candidate pixels with a brightness component or a hue component in the color space being equal to or less than a first threshold, from among pixels within a processing target region set on a tongue image; detecting edge pixels by performing edge detection on the processing target region; detecting first pixels with the number of edge pixels within a first range being equal to or less than a second threshold, from among the candidate pixels; detecting second pixels, among vicinity pixels within a second range, with a color difference between the first pixels and the vicinity pixels being equal to or less than a third threshold, from among the first pixels in the tongue image; and detecting a region formed by binding the first pixels and the second pixels.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
