Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To clip a static image frame focused on a portion in a frame, from a moving image.SOLUTION: In the case of displaying stream data relating to a moving image, a moving image display control unit 401 displays the moving image in a size adjusted corresponding to a target area to be expanded and displayed within a frame. An operation unit 306 receives input of identification information of a focused frame being a frame desired to clip and the target area. A static image frame clipping unit 402 clips, from the stream data, plural static image frames in the size adjusted corresponding to the target area on the basis of the identification information of the focused frame and clipping conditions including the number of frames to be clipped.
