Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system, an image processing method, a diagnosis system, and a program capable of easily analyzing a state of the choroid from a tomographic image of the ocular fundus.SOLUTION: A border line direction part 13 determines a first border line indicating a border line between the retina and the choroid in a tomographic image of the ocular fundus. A border line specification part 14 specifies a second border line indicating a border line between the choroid and the sclera in the tomographic image. A brightness curve generation part 16 generates a brightness curve indicating a change in brightness along each parallel line segment for each of a plurality of parallel line segments connecting a point on the first border line, and a point on the second border line. A differential average curve generation part 17 generates a differential average curve indicating a differential average of the brightness curve. A border line generation part 18 generates a border line between a plurality of layers in the choroid based on the differential average curve generated at the differential average curve generation part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
