Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique by which a decorative curved line containing colors along a plotting direction can be plotted without depending on any plotting directions.
SOLUTION: An image processor is provided with a display part, a pointing device for designating an arbitrary position on the original image displayed on the display part, and a plotting part for plotting the decorative curved line in the designated position on the original image. The plotting part plots the decorative curved line: by preparing a plurality of pattern images which are used according to the plotting directions of the decorative curved line, respectively, and in which colors are assigned at least to the regions of both ends among a plurality of regions divided along the plotting direction; and by selecting one of a plurality of pattern images according to the change of the designated position and sequentially superposing the selected pattern images on the original image at the designated positions.
