Abstract:
To provide an image processor capable of displaying a moving picture by suppressing the occurrence of a drop frame without decreasing the frame rate.
The image processor includes: a means for setting the frame rate in moving picture display; a means for selecting information being an object of expansion processing among information items included in image compression data in accordance with the setting frame rate; a means for expanding the image compression data on the basis of the selected information; and a means for displaying the moving picture on the basis of the expanded image data according to the setting frame rate.
