To provide an image processor or the like capable of guaranteeing an original of a manuscript and preventing a problem or the like due to ill use of the manuscript not to be the original by disguising that the manuscript is the original.
First key information filled in a sheet or each of a plurality of sheets of manuscripts which have read an image by a reading means 14 and second key information filled in a prescribed manuscript collectively are detected by a detecting means 11. The detected first and second key information is collated, and the presence or absence of matching of the first key information and the second key information is collated by a collating means 11. When it is determined that there is matching between the first key information and the second key information regarding all the target manuscripts, an output from an output means 16 is permitted by the control means 11, and when it is determined that there is no matching, the output from the output means is prohibited at least with respect to the manuscript.
