Abstract:
To recognize an image of a specific pattern with higher decision precision.
In order to detect a pattern of a specific color in a specific shape, processing is carried out in two stages. An input image is binarized according to whether the color is within a specific color range and the similarity of the obtained binarized image to the pattern is decided. When it is determined that the they are similar, the center point of the binarized image is determined and symmetry of the image about the determined center point is decided.
