This invention includes an imaging device 1, inclination detection devices 2F, 2B, a vibration detection device 3, and an image correction device 4. The image correction device 4 comprises a vehicle attitude correction part 6, and a blur correction part 7. The vehicle attitude correction part calculates a cut-out coordinate on the basis of detection results from the inclination detection devices 2F, 2B, and cuts out a portion of an image form a wide-angle image P0 on the basis of the calculated cut-out coordinate. The blur correction part 7 calculates the cut-out coordinate on the basis of a detection result from the vibration detection device 3, and cuts out a portion of an image P from the cut-out image cut out by the vehicle attitude correction part 6 on the basis of the calculated cut-out coordinate. Consequently, this invention can correct an image blur due to a change in a vehicle attitude.
