Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste disposal device which can automatically fractionate and dispose the broken pieces containing reusable resin.
SOLUTION: This device includes an image input part 14 which photographs the roughly broken pieces, an image processor 20 which discriminates the resin candidate pieces from the non-resin candidate pieces according to the image data on the broken pieces photographed by the part 14, and a reusable resin candidate member selection part 31 which selects the broken pieces containing reusable resin on the basis of gravity of the broken pieces decided by the processor 20 as the resin candidate pieces. As the processor 20 discriminates the resin candidate pieces from the non-resin ones, the broken pieces can be automatically discriminated. In addition, the time and cost required for the discrimination processing of broken pieces can be reduced since these pieces are discriminated through the image processing of the processor 20.
