An image processor 1 includes a communication part 21, a fragment still image extraction part 24a, and an image combining part 24b. The communication part 21 receives the input of the moving image. The fragment still image extraction part 24a extracts a plurality of fragment still images which are put into a time sequential order and indicate only the fragment images of the moving object moving in the moving image from the moving image. The image combining part 24b combines the plurality of fragment still images and generates a composite still image indicating the entire image of the moving object.
