PURPOSE: To easily form one optical path and a printer optical path and to simplify the structure of the titled device and to make it small in size by moving a reflecting member for scanning along the optical axis of an image forming lens.
CONSTITUTION: The 1st and the 2nd movable reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 move in one body along the optical axis of the image forming lens 5 and are placed at the 2nd positions, and move in a direction A. Image light from a microfilm 1 passes through the image forming lens 5 and is reflected by the 1st movable reflecting mirror 6, reflecting mirrors 11 and 12, and the 2nd reflecting mirror 7 successively and projected on a photosensitive drum 16 rotating as shown by an arrow through a slit plate 15, so that an image of the microfilm is scanned on the drum 16 for exposure. When the 1st and the 2nd movable reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 moved to solid-line positions, the exposure of the photosensitive drum to the image surface is finished and a movable support plate plate 8 moves in a direction B; and the 1st and the 2nd movable reflecting mirrors 6 and 7 move in the same direction and the 1st movable reflecting mirror 6 stops when reaching the 1st position, so that it returns to its original position.
