PURPOSE: To project plural images on one sheet of film onto a screen in desired order by providing plural shutters which are respectively independently operatable for the image segments of one sheet of the film and operating the shutters in desired order.

CONSTITUTION: The image plane of a film 1 is segmented to, for example, 9 parts, and respectively different images are formed thereon. Further, shutter mechanisms 2 which are opened and closed respectively independently so as to face the segments of the respective image planes are provided in tight contact with the film 1. The light from a light source 3 is irradiated through a lens system 4 to the film 1 and the mechanisms 2, and the video light from the film 1 and the mechanisms 2 is projected through a projection lens 5 on a screen. The images of the film 1 of the segments for the opened mechanisms 2 are projected by opening the arbitrary segments of said shutter mechanisms.
