An image providing device is provided with: a panoramic real image storing means holding a plurality of panoramic real images; a movable path setting means for setting movable path information; a movable path storing means holding a plurality of pieces of the movable path information; an operating part; a movable path selecting means for selecting desired movable path information from the movable path storing means; a viewpoint calculating means for calculating viewpoint information consisting of viewpoint position information and visual line direction information on the basis of operation information sent from the operating means and the movable path information; an image generating means for generating a segmented image from the panoramic real images on the basis of the viewpoint information, generating a path drawing representing the movable path on the basis of the movable path information and combining the segmented image and the path drawing to generate a display image; and an image display part for displaying the display image.
