Abstract:
PURPOSE:To offer the image read scanner which maintains deep read depth, maintains the linearity and speed uniformity of a scanning beam with simple constitution formed of inexpensive components, and hold the convergence efficiency of signal light high. CONSTITUTION:A polygon mirror 13 is used for an optical scanning part, a single lens 14 is arranged on the scanning optical path of light which has an astigmatic difference and is made incident on the polygon mirror 13, and a hologram plate 16 which has isotropic or anisotropic light convergence and divergence is arranged on an optical path which passes through the single lens 14 and extends toward an image information surface.
