Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader that can easily be handled and whereby image information displayed on a display means can properly be read.
SOLUTION: The image reader is provided with the display means 4 for displaying image information through application of a voltage and / or an electric field to the display means 4, a write means 3 for writing the image information to the display means, and a read means for optically reading the image information displayed on the display means, and a flexible display means 4 like e.g. an electronic sheet is employed for the display means.
