Abstract:
To provide an image reader which can produce a high quality image having a high S/N ratio with high accuracy.
The image reader comprises a sensor 18 for reading an image, a serial output section 52 for outputting image data read by the image read sensor in serial format, and a plurality of parallel output sections 52 for outputting image data read of by the image read sensor in a plurality of types of parallel format.
