Abstract:
To provide an image reading device that indicates the radio wave intensity of wireless communication so that users can visually recognize it without using a display device.SOLUTION: An image reading device includes a wireless communication device 31 together with a moving optical device that reads an image of a predetermined range of contact glass. A radio wave intensity detection unit 42 detects radio wave intensity of a radio wave from a communication opposite-side device of the wireless communication device 31. A control unit 41 moves the moving optical device 4 to a position corresponding to the radio wave intensity detected by the radio wave intensity detection unit 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
