Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform reading corresponding to a size of a print sheet, to previously confirm a print guarantee range in the case of printing with a margin, and to prevent a loss of a read image in a case of marginless printing.SOLUTION: An image processing system comprises: an image processor for reading a document and generating image data; and a host device connected to the image processor. A second controller of the host device displays on a display one of three frame lines comprising a first frame line corresponding to the size of a print sheet designated by a designation unit, a second frame line indicating a print guarantee size within the first frame line, and a third frame line which can be outside the sheet due to printing deviation when printing the inside of the first frame line, on the basis of range selection conditions designated by the designation unit.
