Abstract:
To provide a technique for reducing erroneous determination that poor visibility due to shielding occurs in image recognition of a camera image acquired by a camera mounted on a vehicle.SOLUTION: An image recognition method of a camera image acquired by a camera mounted on a vehicle includes detecting the shielding state by image recognition of the camera image, detecting a blur-induced motion of the vehicle that induces blurring of the camera image, and discontinuing detection of the shielding state while detecting blur-inducing motion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
