Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute an image recording device so that balance corrections corresponding to a plurality of plate fitting states wherein plates are different in size and number can be made and the time needed for the balance corrections can be shortened.
SOLUTION: The image recording device is equipped with a drum 2 around which a plate 1 where an image is recorded is wound and held and a balance correction unit 5 which eliminates unbalance during the recording rotation of the drum, and the balance correction unit has a balance member 6 which is pivoted coaxially with the drum and can have the arrangement angle to the drum adjusted and a lock member 7 which disables the balance member at a necessary arrangement angle to rotate relatively to the drum and when a plate is attached and detached, the drum is rotated while unlocked from the lock member to adjust the arrangement angle of the balance member.
