Title:
IMAGE SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3441761
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make possible a high speed processing by reading photoelectric conversion elements arranged in a manner of two-dimension in parallel from a row direction and a column direction.
CONSTITUTION: The photoelectric conversion elements 11, 21, 31 and 41 of an npn high polar transistor are arranged in a manner of two-dimension and each photoelectric conversion signal of the elements in a row direction 11 and 21, and 31 and 41 is outputted as voltage to each of floating bus lines 1 and 2 via capacity 15 and 25, and 35 and 45. Line voltage, etc., of horizontal 1st and 2nd, etc., is outputted via the lines 1 and 2 driving part of an A circuit part, a dark lamp part supplying blanking voltage before optical storage, a peak detection part and a sample-and-hole/invertion output part, etc. The reading in a column direction is performed in parallel with the row direction in the same way and the image sensor becomes the one where signal processing speed is heightened.
