PURPOSE: To make it possible to implement high integration density, by connecting a plurality of photodiodes to the stages of a shift register by way of switching transistors, to which driving signals for the shift registers are inputted, and a plurality of switching transistors, which are driven with other driving signals.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of switching transistors (switching elements) T1∼Tn, are connected in parallel to an input terminal 6, to which driving signals from one stage of a shift register are inputted. An output terminal 5 is connected to the source sides of the switching transistors T1∼Tn so as to take out the output signals. A plurality of switching transistors (switching elements) S1∼Sn are connected in series to the output terminal 5. The gates of the transistors are connected to input terminals 1∼n, to which other driving signals different from said driving signals are inputted. A plurality of photodiodes d1∼Dn as optoelectric transducers are connected to the switching transistors S1∼Sn. Therefore, the integration density of the optoelectronic transducers can be improved to a large extent without restriction of the pitch of the shift register.
