A first regulator circuit 22 is disposed at a front step of a signal processing circuit 9, and a second regulator circuit 23 is disposed at a front step of an output circuit 14. Further, a switch circuit 24 is provided for fetching in an output of the second regulate circuit 23 and a power supply voltage VDD, to selectively output either one. The first regulator circuit 22 fetches in the power supply voltage VDD to generate a first voltage VA, which is supplied to a signal processing circuit 9. The second regulator circuit 23 fetches in the power supply voltage VDD to generate a second voltage VB. The switch circuit 24 selects one of the second voltage VB and the power supply voltage VDD in correspondence to an operation of a CCD image sensor 3 and an operation of an external device, to supply it to the output circuit 14.
