An image transfer device displays layout display windows W2L and W3L within a layout display area LA, as to windows W2 and W3 on a primary screen, corresponding to a displaying image data transferred to the projector. The layout of an image projected by the projector is changed corresponding to the layout-regulated layout display window, when a layout regulation operation, such as, position movement or size change is executed with respect to the layout display windows W2L and W3L within the layout display area LA.
