Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus that can obtain correct image information without overlapping image circles with each other even when one light receiving face with a limited area forms an image through lenses.
SOLUTION: This image pickup device is provided with an imaging device 2 having a light receiving face 10, lenses 3a, 3b that receive light made incident from different directions, a mirror 4 as a traveling direction changing means that changes the traveling direction of the light as required so as to direct the light via the lenses 3a, 3b toward the light receiving face 10, and a light shield plate 5 that substantially divides an image forming space so that the light beans made incident from the lenses 3a, 3b and going to form images on the light receiving face 10 are not overlapped with each other.
