Abstract:
To achieve a multiple photographing function capable of performing multiple photographing suitable for a state of a subject to be photographed.
An imaging apparatus comprises: an imaging means; a display control means which performs control to display a composite image obtained by multiple composition of a live view image captured by the imaging means and at least one already-photographed image; a calculation means which calculates the histogram of a pixel value on the basis of the live view image and the at least one already-photographed image; and a control means which performs control to display the histogram obtained by the calculation by the calculation means.
