Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a process until setting optimal exposure from being recorded in a motion picture which is being captured at present during the time in which optimal exposure setting is searched, when a user attempts a change to different exposure setting while capturing the motion picture.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus is capable of capturing a motion picture in accordance with designated exposure setting. In the case where the imaging apparatus receives a change instruction to change a value of exposure setting into a value that is different from the motion picture that is being captured during imaging, the captured motion picture is recorded without changing actual exposure setting during the imaging, and a motion picture is displayed on which image processing is performed as the motion picture being captured is spuriously changed into the different value without changing the actual exposure setting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
