Abstract:
To provide an imaging apparatus capable of easily confirming content recorded in the apparatus even when the several contents of the imaging apparatus are backup-copied to an external recording media without being accompanied by cost increase or largeness of a casing.
The identification picture of content output from a video camera 100, and backup-copied to an optical disk is generated, and an identification picture is printed out according to a print environment. Then, the identification picture of the printed-out content is read, and the existence of the content in a recording medium 106 is determined based on the identification image.
